Urbanicity Recordings gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Urbanicity Recordings ships all items within two business days of receiving your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You will receive email notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items results in multiple shipping charges. All shipping fees are on a per pound (1 LB) basis.
Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below:
Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
Two-Day U.S.: 2 business days after shipping
One-Day U.S.: 1 business day after shipping
International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
International Expedited: 3 to 7 business days
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures (once they reach the destination) which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Urbanicity thrives on customer satisfaction!! We want you to be happy with your purchase with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your product due to inferior product quality or manufacturers' defect, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for another product (of equal or lesser value of the purchase price) within 2 weeks from the shipping date in the USA or 30 days outside of USA All items purchased on line through www.urbanicityrecordings.com are returnable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, however we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If returned for any other reason, customer will accept responsibilities for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipping date. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt.
All returns must be in good (mint) condition and in original factory sealed packaging (including invoice) must be in place inorder for issuance of full refund. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use and/or wear and tear. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer and are only determined on a strict case-by-case basis. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
